frutra is the raw materials platform for the fruit juice industry. On the closed marketplace the members post offers for semi-finished and raw goods or post requests. Apple juice concentrate, not-from-concentrate juice, purée, pulp, aromas and fruit pulp are traded. The listings, the prices and the details of the businesses involved are visible to members only.
The idea
On frutra, pressing and filling operations do business with each other directly.
With an offer or a request you define your goods or your demand in a legally binding way. Everything else is and remains a matter for negotiation. frutra provides you with all the instruments for that.
frutra does not replace the call to your long-standing business partner. But it saves you the twenty calls to everyone else.

These fees apply from 1 November 2026. Until then the closing fee is €0.00 and no monthly base fee is charged.
Costs
Registration, posting offers and requests and negotiating are free of charge for all members.
In October 2026 the use of frutra is completely free of charge regardless of that. Our fees only take effect from 1 November 2026.
After that, a producer (a juice press, a raw material manufacturer and so on) pays as seller a closing fee of 1.00 % of the net purchase price. For a trader, 0.50 % is then due. Traders, however, additionally pay a monthly base fee of €199.00 net. Our existing traders pay €125.00 net per month until 31 December 2026. You will find the details in our Schedule of Fees.
Product, quantity, quality, availability, place of delivery: all the essential terms of the contract are fixed from the outset. Anyone looking for 50 tonnes of apple juice concentrate sees within minutes who can supply.
Every negotiation runs directly between the two companies — not in public and not visible to other members. Anyone who prefers to phone long-standing partners carries on phoning.
Every running negotiation, every committed quantity, every conclusion stays documented in your own account. In a dispute there is no paper war, but an evidenced contract position.
Anyone who finds a price does not want to read it again in the trade press. On frutra every negotiation runs directly between the companies involved.
